The first thing to do is to right-click on the “Cashbook Complete” icon and choose “Run as Administrator”. If the problem continues after that, please do the following:-
- In Windows, go to your list of installed apps/programs
- Find “Microsoft Access Runtime (2010, 2013 or 2016)”, then click on it and choose “Repair”
The above steps will repair the Microsoft Access Runtime 2010/2013/2016 installation and the problem should be gone after that.
